How It Works
We run your entire outbound pipeline from signal to booked meeting. We monitor real-time data across thousands of companies every day — job posting spikes, funding rounds, leadership changes, expansion announcements — and the moment a company matches your ideal client profile and shows a buying signal, we reach out on your behalf with a personalized message referencing exactly what we found. When they reply with interest, our AI booking agent handles the conversation and puts a qualified meeting on your calendar. You show up and close. You never touch the outbound process.
It depends on your industry. For staffing and recruiting agencies, we track job posting velocity, funding rounds, acquisition integrations, and expansion announcements — the signals that mean a company is about to be overwhelmed with hiring demand. For franchise development, we monitor career transitions, leadership changes, and professional milestones that indicate someone is ready to consider business ownership. Every signal filter is configured specifically for your ICP during setup, so we're only reaching companies that actually match what you close.
A lead list tells you a company exists. It doesn't tell you they need you right now. The difference is timing — and in sales, timing is almost everything. We detect the specific moment a company becomes a buyer, then reach them at that exact moment. That's why meetings booked through signal-led outreach convert at a substantially higher rate than list-based outreach. The contact isn't surprised to hear from you — they're in the middle of the problem you solve.
A BDR costs $60K–$90K in salary before they close a single deal, takes 3–6 months to ramp, and leaves. A VA works set hours and brings no signal intelligence. Sonar Engine runs 24/7, gets smarter every month, and you only pay for meetings that actually show up. There's no ramp time, no management overhead, no retraining cycle, and no gap in your pipeline when someone quits.
We write everything. During setup we learn your voice, your positioning, and what makes your best clients say yes. Every message references a specific signal we detected — a hiring spike, a funding round, a new executive — so the outreach reads as relevant and timely, not templated. You review and approve the sequences before anything sends.
When a prospect replies with interest, the AI agent takes over the conversation — answers questions about your service, handles common objections, and schedules the meeting directly on your calendar. It responds within minutes, which matters because speed-to-lead is one of the biggest factors in whether a warm reply converts to a booked meeting. You're only pulled in once the meeting is confirmed.
Getting Started
A setup call, roughly 60–90 minutes, where we map your ideal client profile — the industry, company size, geography, seniority, and specific signals that predict your best clients. That's it. We handle everything else: domain purchase, warmup, signal configuration, sequence writing, and campaign launch.
Two weeks from the day you sign. Week one is ICP mapping, sequence writing, and domain purchase. Week two is domain warmup and final configuration. Campaigns go live at the end of week two, and first meetings typically appear within the first week of sending.
Email providers like Gmail and Outlook use sender reputation to decide whether your emails land in the inbox or spam. A brand new domain has no reputation, so we spend two weeks gradually building it — sending low volumes, establishing engagement patterns, and configuring authentication records. It's not optional. Skipping warmup is why most cold email campaigns fail before they start. We handle all of it so you don't have to think about it.
No. We operate the entire outreach infrastructure — sending domains, warmup, sequences, AI reply handling, and calendar booking. If you want meetings synced to a specific CRM or calendar system, we configure that during setup at no extra cost.
Yes — once. We show you the full sequence before campaigns launch, incorporate your feedback, and then get final approval from you. After that the system runs autonomously. We don't hold every email for manual review, but we do want you to feel confident in exactly what's going out under your name.
Pricing
The structure is the same across every vertical: a one-time setup fee covers the first month — domain warmup, ICP mapping, and campaign build. During month one there's no retainer, only a performance fee per meeting that shows. Month two, once you've seen your first meetings and know what the system delivers, your monthly retainer starts alongside the per-meeting performance fee. The exact setup fee, retainer, and per-meeting price depend on your vertical and are confirmed on the intro call.
Because the first two weeks involve real work — purchasing and configuring your sending domains, warming them properly, building your signal filters, writing your sequences, and mapping your ICP. The setup fee replaces what would otherwise be a first-month retainer you'd pay while waiting for campaigns to launch. You pay for the build. The retainer starts when the system is producing.
Month two — after your campaigns have launched and meetings are appearing on your calendar. You see the system work before you pay recurring. Most clients have their first meetings booked before their first retainer invoice arrives.
The per-meeting performance fee only applies if the contact actually shows up. If they book and don't appear, you don't pay for that meeting. We also have the AI agent send confirmation and reminder messages before every meeting to keep no-show rates low.
No. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We don't lock you into annual contracts because we'd rather earn your business month over month. The clients who stay do so because the system is producing — not because they're stuck.
We iterate. If volume is below target we look at signal filters first, then messaging, then targeting — in that order. Most performance gaps are a targeting issue, not a volume issue, and they're fixable. We'd rather optimize than lose a client. If after genuine effort a specific market genuinely isn't working, we'll tell you that directly. Keeping a client on a service that isn't performing isn't something we're interested in.
Meeting Quality
Two ways. First, the signal itself is a qualifier — a company posting 40 new roles in 30 days is demonstrably in hiring mode. We're not guessing. Second, your ICP filters mean we're only reaching the right company size, industry, geography, and seniority level. We configure both during setup based on who you actually close, not a generic persona.
For staffing: HR Directors, VPs of Talent Acquisition, Heads of People, and COOs depending on company size. For franchise: professionals at director level and above who match your investment and experience profile. We configure this based on your close history during setup.
Yes — and the more specific you are, the better the system performs. Specificity sharpens signal detection. If you only place engineers in SaaS companies between 50 and 200 employees in the Southeast, that's the filter we build. Broad targeting produces broad results. Tight targeting produces the meetings that actually close.
Industry average for cold outbound is 20–30%. Our AI agent sends confirmation and reminder messages before every meeting to reduce that. And because you only pay for meetings that show, no-shows don't add to your bill.
Timing & Results
Campaigns go live at the end of week two. First meetings typically appear within the first week of sending. By the end of your first month of live outreach, you have a clear picture of what the system produces for your specific ICP.
For staffing agencies: 3–6 in the first month after launch as the system calibrates, building to 6–12 by month two to three. For franchise: approximately 6 per month. We'll give you a more specific estimate on the intro call based on your vertical, geography, and ICP — every market is different and we'd rather size it honestly than overpromise.
Meaningfully yes. Every reply, every booked meeting, and every closed client tells the system which signals, which messaging, and which lead types convert for your specific agency or brand. We use that data to sharpen targeting and copy continuously. The gap between month one and month six is significant — and it's a compounding advantage that a competitor who starts later can't replicate quickly by signing up early.
For staffing agencies, the math on the site is based on a 20% close rate on qualified meetings — roughly 5 meetings to close one client. At 6–10 meetings per month by month two, most clients are landing new accounts within 4–6 weeks of campaign launch. Individual results vary by vertical, market competitiveness, and how quickly you follow up after meetings.
Compliance & Data
Yes. B2B cold email is legal in the United States under CAN-SPAM provided emails include accurate sender information and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. We configure every campaign to be fully compliant. For clients reaching contacts in Europe, we discuss GDPR implications during setup and adjust the approach accordingly.
We protect both deliberately. Outreach goes from dedicated sending domains we configure specifically for you — not your primary business domain. Those domains are warmed properly before any sending begins, and we stay well below the thresholds that trigger spam filters. And because every message references a real signal about the recipient's company, reply rates stay healthy and complaint rates stay low.
We use professional B2B data providers with verified business email addresses. We're not scraping personal inboxes or buying consumer lists. All contacts are decision-makers at companies showing active signals relevant to your ICP. Data sourcing is part of our proprietary stack, but compliance questions are always fair game on an intro call.
Is This Right for Me
Agencies with 10–200 employees that have outgrown referrals but aren't big enough to justify a full BD team. At that size, one new client meaningfully changes the month — and our pricing is built around that math. If you're a solo recruiter, the deal economics are too tight. If you're a 300-person national firm with an internal BD team, you probably don't need us.
Niche markets often work better than broad ones with Sonar Engine. A tight vertical means the signal filters are more specific, the outreach is more relevant, and the meetings convert at a higher rate. The risk with small markets is total addressable volume — if there are only 50 companies in your niche in your geography, we'll tell you that on the intro call so you have accurate expectations on monthly output.
Our signal data, contact coverage, and compliance configuration is optimized for the US market. We can discuss international campaigns on a case-by-case basis, but we'll be direct if a specific market isn't one we can serve well.
Yes. We configure separate campaigns with separate signal filters for each vertical. If you're a staffing agency breaking into tech placements alongside your existing healthcare book, we build two distinct campaigns and run them in parallel. Each one is optimized independently.
